Submitting an application for participation and choosing a place
Please complete the form below to inform us of your intention to participate. In response, you will receive an application-contract for participation in the exhibition with detailed information about the cost and additional services. Submit the completed application form received from us and wait for an offer of accommodation. At this stage, the application is preliminary and is subject to approval by the exhibition management.

What's next?
After approval of the stand location, we issue an invoice based on scans of your application, completed in accordance with the selected stand. The first payment must be made within two weeks from the date of invoice, and the original application must be sent to the organizers in duplicate. This way you officially become a participant in the exhibition!
